How far is the property from Piraeus port and Athens airport?
Fantasia Villa is only 1 hour and 10 minutes away from Athens airport and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Kalamata airport.
The port of Piraeus is 1 hour from Fantasia Villa.
How many people does each villa accommodate?
Up to 5 people (adults and children).
Can I bring more guests?
No additional persons are allowed beyond those staying at the property.
What travel documents do I need to have with me?

What are the Check-in Check-out timeslots?
Check out 07:00- 11:00

How will I get they keys of the apartment?
You will get them from the owners once you get to Villa Fantasia.

Is there parking on site near the accommodation?
Of course. There is also a private space exclusively for you.
Does the accommodation offer free internet?
Yes, free wireless Internet access is available in all areas.
What is Villa Fantasia’s policy for children 2-12 years old?
We accept children of all ages.
How much is the charge for a baby cot?
There is no charge for a baby cot.
Are there children's activities?
Children's activities are not offered in Villa fantasia, however in the surrounding areas you can find playgrounds, water activities, etc.
What is the cancellation policy at Villa Fantasia?
Last minute bookings cannot be changed or canceled without charge.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please check the late cancellation policy and contact our reservations department.
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival there are no cancellation costs.
For cancellations 14 days before arrival, you are charged 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Is there a possibility for a transfer from the port/airport to the Villa?
The property does not offer a shuttle service, however we can arrange for you a transfer to and from the port/airport by taxi with a fee.
Is it possible to rent a car, motorbike or bicycles?
There are car rental agencies in the area, however please note that due to the high number of visitors during certain periods of the year, especially July and August, all reservations must be made at least weeks in advance.
What kind of equipment will I find inside the apartment?
You will find everything, kitchen, stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine as well as all the necessary equipment such as plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. In the outdoor area you will also find a BBQ so you can enjoy your family meals!
Are there instructions for the use of electrical appliances?
Of course, written instructions are provided.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach and the ancient port of Kechries are just 1.5 km away.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
Does the property allow pets?
Pets are not allowed at the property.
What is the cleaning policy for the accommodations?
The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. If you wish to have it cleaned during your stay, let us know and we will arrange it.
